I had a nose surgery without an implant and also had osteotomy. Because it was implant-free, they didn’t put on a splint, and the swelling went down quickly, but since I have a bulbous nose it was so natural that I felt a bit disappointed. I had revision surgery at another hospital. But a friend of mine was extremely satisfied, saying the director here is really good at noses.
