I was there for Shrink, but the director's surgery was delayed, so I was able to get treated about an hour later than my appointment time. Still, I understood. The person doing surgery is more important. They came and apologized, and they did the Shrink carefully. After one session, I was a little unsure, but it seemed to have some effect, so when I went for the second session there were too many people and it was chaotic, so I waited a bit and went home lol. It had not been like that before, so maybe that day was unusually crowded... Still, it did not seem like they were running things in an unethical way, so I trusted them.
