I went there through a friend's introduction. I mainly went because I wanted to know the estimate for my whole face, and they gave me a really thorough consultation. The amount they gave was something I'd only seen on TV, haha. There was a consultation fee, but they really did counsel me that well. On my way home, the counter staff even pressed the elevator button for me personally, which was touching.
