When I had my surgery, everyone was really kind and the best. After that I heard rumors that they were rude, which seemed strange, but when I went last year I saw that everyone at the front desk except the director and the manager had been replaced, and they really made customers feel awful. I don't know how it has changed recently, but anyway, you're not choosing a plastic surgery clinic to look at the front desk staff, so I want to rate the director's skill very highly. Back then I didn't even know how to search on my own, and I chose it trusting the director from my first consultation, so I'm really glad I did that...
