If you use Gore-Tex, does it come out thin?

I only heard that Gore-Tex looks natural and is good, so before surgery I asked them to use Gore-Tex and had the surgery. When consulting, the doctor didn’t tell me that Gore-Tex gets absorbed either... -_- They said silicone and Gore-Tex are the sameㅡ So I heard a lot of people use Gore-Tex these days, so I did Gore-Tex... Leaving height aside, my nasal bridge is way too thin. My nose is a bit like a bulbous nose, so they said they would reduce the nasal tip/alar area and did reduce it, but the nasal tip area is still on the larger side. But with that, the nasal bridge is so thin -_- from the front, it doesn’t even show. I emphasized to the doctor that I wanted it natural, and maybe that was the problemㅡ Is it okay for it to be this unnoticeable... So what I’m curious about isㅡ If you do Gore-Tex, does the nasal bridge originally come out thin... (because it gets absorbed..) Or if someone originally had no nasal bridge at all, does it inevitably come out thin when they do it.... I got curious. Maybe I should have just done silicone. From the front it doesn’t even show, but only my eyes look closer together.. Those who did Gore-Tex, please answer. If you do Gore-Tex, does it normally stand this thin-?
