I made a reservation for 12 and visited. They dragged things out without saying anything, then connected me with the consultant at 2. The consultant recommended a ton of unnecessary things and acted like she knew everything, pushing me toward expensive procedures no matter what. I said I was getting an Aqua Peel, lip filler, and Botox procedures, so I paid right away. They said they would let my boyfriend, who came with me, get the Aqua Peel first, then continued the rest of the consultation. When I came out at 2:30, my boyfriend was still waiting. He still couldn’t go in even when it was almost 3. For the lip filler, they applied numbing cream at 3. Maybe because I complained the most, they hurriedly applied it first to shut me up…
