I had fat grafting done elsewhere and then learned about Q-O Fill, so I got filler for the first time... Even though I was numbed, it hurt so, so much. I felt every single part of the pain when the needle went in and when the liquid went in. I cried while getting it done. I said I wanted to stop, that it hurt too much, but they told me to bear with it and injected all the volume anyway. Since it was my first filler, there were a lot of uncomfortable parts. First, when you press with your finger, it temporarily dents in exactly that shape, and that's true of all fillers. And over time it goes down in an ugly way... The cheekbones stick out...
