After the expansion and move, the facilities became more upscale and spacious than before. The consultation manager was kind and pointed out exactly what needed to be done. The care staff were also delicate and kind. The director was cheerful and talkative, but when I asked questions, they explained things very professionally and clearly pointed out what I should do and what I shouldn't. I liked that there was no sales-like feeling.
