I had double eyelid surgery at Choi Youngtaek Plastic Surgery Clinic at the end of 2010. Even back then there were almost no reviews, and it was run very modestly, like a small private clinic, almost like a little shop. I found it through a comment on a forum saying the double eyelid surgery turned out well, and although the consultation wasn't particularly professional, the doctor looked trustworthy so I went ahead with the surgery. My younger sibling had eye opening and double eyelid surgery first and it went well, so I had it too. Mine is reasonably natural and I'm satisfied.
