A very long time ago, I had surgery on the nose tip, nostrils, and so on, and now I understand that the doctor who performed the surgery is no longer here and has moved somewhere else. There were a few parts I wasn’t fully satisfied with overall, but I just lived with it for now. Looking back now, I regret not mentioning the functional aspects as well.
