Visited for a consultation for revision double-eyelid surgery. The appointment was at 6, but there were several patients with 6 o'clock appointments, and even though I arrived 30 minutes early, the consultation itself didn't start until after 6:30. The doctor and the manager's consultation together were over in 5 minutes. I waited more than an hour in total, and maybe because they wanted to get off work quickly, the person with the head nurse badge did the consultation and it felt like they had just turned on a recorder.
