They took a CT first, and the consultation proceeded in the order of director then consultation manager. The consultation manager seemed to only explain the price and did not look very professional. The director spoke calmly, looked at the CT images, and kindly explained things. He explained mainly around what I asked about and the parts I had complexes about, saying they could be improved like this and like that. He did not ask me to show desired photos or anything like that. Maybe because it was revision surgery, the materials he pushed were autologous costal cartilage and custom silicone...
