Just like other clinics specializing in procedures, you don't get to meet the director before the procedure and go in after consulting with the consultation manager. I got a Fraxel laser procedure, and it was cheap, and the results were better than I expected for the price. The downside is that since you don't get to talk to the director even once, it's hard to properly convey the specific things you want before going straight into the procedure.
