I had the whole nose done with rib cartilage, and my nose got really big like a man's nose and became a pig nose. The scar where they took out the rib cartilage is also very large, and the columella became crooked too. I'm unhappy with everything. I still don't understand why they even used rib cartilage for the bridge. I really wish I had just used silicone. I regret it so much
