This place felt a lot like a regular clinic. There were some people waiting, and I was able to have a consultation with the consultant right away without waiting, but I had to wait a little before consulting with the director. When I asked questions about the surgery, they did answer carefully, but I was disappointed that the overall consultation time was short. Still, I liked that the consultant organized everything in detail.
