For my revision rhinoplasty, I had autologous costal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage plus postauricular dermis grafting added to the nasal tip. It has been 11 days since the revision, and since my nasal tip had also drooped after the surgery from 10 years ago, from the beginning I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line. I disliked having a pointy nasal tip, so I asked them to add postauricular dermis as well and make it round. My original nose was small too, so I also hoped the size of my nose would not get bigger. But from the moment the splint came off, while other people all said their side nose line looked lifted, I intuitively felt mine was drooping...... The front view is okay, but once the swelling goes down, I think it will look long, and from the side, the nose feels too pulled downward, and the nasal tip too ...
