Right now I have a very dramatic out-line, so I want to set the line a bit lower. But most directors are recommending an upper canthoplasty, incisional double eyelid surgery, fat grafting, sunken upper eyelids, and an out-line/semi-out-line. I’m pursuing a natural look, but anyone can see that combination is glamorous… Has anyone here done that combination and ended up looking natural? How was the recovery period? If the fat graft doesn’t engraft, would there be no side effects?
