I had an upturned nose and a low nasal bridge, so I got rhinoplasty. I did it around last November, so I think it’s been over 3 months now. I had osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, and the bridge and tip done. For the bridge, I used an implant, and for the tip, autologous costal cartilage. My upturned nose was quite severe, so the director said that if it was done wrong, it could actually look even more like an upturned nose, and said he would pay a lot of attention to the nasal tip. I did it with as slim and natural a feel as possible lol Right now, the inside of my nose is just slightly itchy.
