My nose wasn’t exactly low, but maybe because of the dorsal hump, it looked masculine, and the tip was a bit blunt too. My side profile stressed me out every time I saw it, so I got surgery just to slightly correct the hump, droopy arrow-shaped nose, and nasal tip. I think the surgery turned out really natural and well. I had Hiko done before, but I wasn’t satisfied, so I ended up getting surgery I was a bit worried because I had a dorsal hump, droopy arrow-shaped nose, and bulbous nose, but still, this was a hospital where my friend had already gotten surgery and had good results, so I thought it would probably turn out fairly well.
