Last time, everyone here said my nose turned out well, so I felt really good haha. This time I brought different photos. My original nose had a dorsal hump and was low, so it had a flat-nose shape. So I asked them to make it as high as possible, and they said they used septal cartilage, donor costal cartilage, and ear cartilage together. I also got forehead fat grafting at the same time, and if anyone is going to have nose surgery, I highly recommend forehead fat grafting
