I thought the cotton packing would be for 2 days, but they said it depends on the condition and that I have to keep it in for a week, so I’m hanging in there I don’t have any major pain yet, just brief stinging pains here and there, and I’m not worrying too much, thinking my nerves are recovering. I’m taking my medication regularly, doing cold compresses well, and walking too, but it’s so cold that I can’t do it for long…
