I really, really like it so much that I honestly wish everyone getting revision rhinoplasty would just do it here… Even my nail salon technician asked about it, and I’m so satisfied. For my first surgery, I had functional rhinoplasty at an ENT clinic with no silicone, plus hump correction and nasal tip surgery, but from around 6 months post-op, it gradually started bending into a C shape… I liked my side profile, so I kept it for 3 years, and since I had left my job, I had revision surgery at MㅇT using autologous costal cartilage without silicone. At first, I was worried because the nasal tip seemed too overdone, but as the swelling went down, it gradually came down haha.
