I had a bulbous nose, and on CT there was also a slight hump, so I corrected everything during my nose surgery. My biggest complex was my drooping, arrow-shaped nasal tip, and I’m so happy that it improved too Before the surgery, my nasal tip had a drooping shape, but thankfully now both the columella and nasolabial angle have been corrected well. I wanted it to be successful in one go, so I really went to a lot of consultations, and all that effort was worth it
