Personally, the bulbous nose is the biggest issue, and I do have a hump too, but the problem is that I also have rhinitis. I’m going around for consultations, but the functional side and satisfaction seem to differ everywhere, so I’m conflicted. I do have a sense of which hospital, but I’m still unsure where to go. The recommended materials and things like that are generally similar at each place I went to, so I feel like maybe this is right, but I guess everyone worries like this when getting their first rhinoplasty.
