I’m 1 week post-rhinoplasty. I really want to smoke, but even if I smoke one low-nicotine cigarette a day, inflammation could still occur, right? Also, there’s something like dried mucus in my nose right now, so I can’t breathe through one nostril. Is it okay to remove it myself using a cotton swab or something?
