I had protruding eyes and a hump nose, so the area between my eyebrows looked sunken -> We decided to use silicone of 6 mm or more so that, from both the front and side, the nasal bridge would look higher than my eyes. From the front, my columella also looked slightly recessed, so I was recommended columella lowering and added that too. I went because they said they would make a post-op photo simulation for me, and the line was okay. But it was definitely expensive compared to other places. I agonized over whether to do it at a slightly cheaper, more standard place vs pay more and do it somewhere I liked, and in the end I just thought now would be the cheapest time and had the surgery.
