Actually, I had it removed late yesterday afternoon. My appointment was at 3 p.m., but after the pre-surgery prep and consultation with the director, I remember lying down on the bed a little before 4. I knew it was around 5 because they announced it on the radio. The surgery was over, and after resting well in the recovery room yesterday, I avoided rush hour and went home after 7. On the subway, it honestly felt like a dream. All the anxiety and worrying I had gone through for years up until now, trying to get it removed, flashed through my mind like a panorama. I also got a lot of information and asked a lot of questions in this community, so I want to help everyone who is struggling with the same decision...
