Two-month review after revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. For fat grafting, I only had it done on my forehead, front cheekbones, and nasolabial fold area. I think they said this also counts as full-face. At first, there was a lot of swelling and my nasal bridge felt hard, so I worried for nothing, but now it has become much more natural. The nasal bridge and nasal tip line are settling well, and even when I make facial expressions, the stiff feeling is now almost gone. At first, because it was autologous costal cartilage, I worried a lot about scarring and pain, but the scar faded faster than I expected and there is almost no pain.
