It’s day 5 after my nose surgery, so I’m going tomorrow to have the columella stitches removed. I heard that stitch removal can hurt, so I’m really scared I’m also a scaredy-cat, and on day 3 when they disinfected my nose and ears, it stung, pulled, and hurt, so I’m really worried. How bad is it Is it just a prickling sensation? Does it hurt when they remove the splint too
