The photo from day 2 looks like a monster! My eyes are small in horizontal width and I also have Mongolian folds, but the space between my eyes is narrow, so I couldn't get epicanthoplasty.. You can't really tell in the photos, but there's still swelling, and the upper eyelid area is a bit severe. It will all go down, right? What if it's fat ^^;
