I'm male, and I had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method about 5 years ago, but the right side came undone, so I'm planning revision surgery. The medial epicanthoplasty was done poorly, so there are bumpy protrusions like scar tissue. Premier said that without canthoplasty, it may not improve 100%, but they would try to improve it as much as possible. Yellow said they would remove it by doing a slight upper epicanthoplasty.
