I don’t know what the standard is when people say implant-free for nose surgery. No silicone used = implant-free? No silicone or costal cartilage used = implant-free? Which of the two is more accurate? My nasal tip is droopier than my nasal bridge, so I want to focus more on raising the nasal tip in surgery. A friend around me said that for men, there are many cases where silicone is almost not used. Would implant-free surgery be possible?
