Hello, 2 and a half years ago I had surgery with a septal support graft, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and 5 mm silicone based on the nasal bridge area. Recently the silicone and nasal tip cartilage have been showing through and aching, so I'm planning to remove them There are some things I'm worried about. 1 They said they slightly shaved my nasal bridge during the first surgery, so I'm worried it will look completely flat and broad after removal. 2 After removing the silicone, can it be changed to shape number 2? After removal, I'm planning to refine the nasal tip so it looks rounded. 3 There isn't any severe inflammatory reaction yet, but there is a slight foreign-body sensation and visibility of the implant…
