Usually, I've seen cases where people had Hiko, removed the Hiko, and then had surgery, but in the opposite case, after full surgical removal and healing for more than 6 months, would Hiko be possible? After failing revision surgery several times and getting worn out, I honestly want to just remove everything and get Hiko instead.
