If you remove the nose implants, how does the shape change? I had silicone and ear cartilage put in, but I still haven’t given up on my nose I’m okay with the bridge getting lower, but it’s to the point that I want to do the nasal tip again. Can the nasal tip shape also be refined while removing them? What does it mean when people say the nose gets smaller after removal? Will the nose change a lot?
