It’s already almost been a year since my total removal. I had silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage removed, and just in case, I even had cartilage repositioning. My nose was originally a hooked nose, and it had been rasped down a lot, so I gave up on the shape, but my nostril wings are uneven. In the photo, when I touch the left nostril wing, it’s soft and squishy, but the right side is hard. And I can feel something round. At first I thought it would get better if I waited, but it’s the same Could something have been incompletely removed, or did the shape end up like that during cartilage repositioning? I tried getting scar injections, but it’s the same. What could it be
