The surgical method differs from clinic to clinic. Some say the nasal tip can be done sufficiently with septal cartilage, others say ear cartilage is also needed; some say cartilage can be used for the nasal bridge, others say cartilage cannot be used for the nasal bridge, and so on. I’m also debating silicone vs autologous dermis. Could you tell me what you chose for your nasal bridge, silicone or autologous dermis, and why you made that decision?
