I'm planning to have surgery after being discharged from the military. There are no men around me who have had plastic surgery, and even if they have, they say they haven't. I'm researching hard through YouTube and social media, and when it comes to using an implant, it seems like the big difference is whether it's artificial or taken from my own body and used. In my opinion, when thinking about safety and things like that, it seems absolutely right to use autologous dermis, but not everyone chooses autologous dermis, so if anyone has related experience, please tell me about it
