I’m looking into revision surgery while having a full nose implant removal. I was thinking of just doing the removal, but then I feel like I’d end up feeling really disillusioned again, so I’m considering revision surgery at the same time. When I looked up nose clinics that are well-known for both removal and revision surgery, it seems like there are places like ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅅㅇ, and ㅍㄹㅁ, so I’m going to look a little more and try to book consultations. Does everyone recommend only doing the removal, or do you recommend doing revision surgery while removing? I want to do revision surgery at the same time because of the shape, but when I searched communities, people said the shape might still be pretty okay even with removal only, so I’m conflicted
