I have an upturned nose, so I think they lowered my columella using my septum, but it’s really stiff, and when I smile, you know that day-1-after-nose-surgery smile? It feels like that, ha... I really, really want to remove it, but if I remove the columella support, or anyway if I do that, will my upturned nose get worse? If anyone originally had an upturned nose, got nose surgery, and then had it removed, please let me know
