I had AlloDerm and rhinitis surgery, but my nose is dry. They told me to do nasal irrigation, so I’m doing it once a day, and I’m wondering if this dryness symptom will get better. Everyone who had AlloDerm and rhinitis surgery, are you still doing okay? Will AlloDerm be problem-free even after time passes? I’m just worried.

I had a revision rhinoplasty consultation with the director at ㅇㄷ ㅊㅇㄷ. I’m looking into revision surgery because after osteotomy + septal cartilage nasal tip work, my septum sank and I ended up with a saddle nose. The consultation was very
