It’s fine when I stay still, but when I pinch my nostril with my fingers, a sunken mark appears like that. The location seems to be exactly where the cartilage support strut is, and it seems like the skin is thinner only in that area. If I remove it, will the dented mark remain as it is? After removal, as time passes, will the tissue fill in and get a bit better?
