Primary surgery was silicone, septal extension, bulbous nose correction, and osteotomy, 7-8 years ago. After the primary surgery, I had thought about revision surgery because of the shape, but recently, as my immunity dropped, I started having slight pain and developed nasal congestion and rhinitis, so I looked through this community day and night for complete removal, searched reviews, and got consultations. Because of anxiety about side effects, I only thought about complete removal. Honestly, if you desperately searched a lot of posts and reviews in the community, you can tell where it is just by looking at what everyone here wrote.
