Originally, they cut off the normal support structure of our nasal tip cartilage and insert a columellar strut, right? But if they remove everything during total removal and only do cartilage repositioning, can the nose hold up? After studying removal for decades, I became curious, so if anyone here has been a long time since having total removal including the strut removed, could you leave a review?
