After my first surgery, at some point I noticed my septum and tip were deviated, so I had revision surgery. The septum has come back to some extent, but the nasal tip is deviated again, and I feel like there’s also some show-through. The doctor said I originally had some asymmetry and that because it was built with ear cartilage, the shape can’t be symmetrical, so there’s nothing to be done, but it keeps bothering me. These days I’m looking into removal
