I already posted before about my nose turning up. My nose is completely upturned, the height has been cut in half, it has gotten shorter, and my nostrils look strange too. My guess is that because I had it done at the hospital where I originally had surgery, not at a removal-specialized hospital, they simply removed it and only tied the cartilage together. I feel like my nose shape is clearly different from people who had surgery at a removal hospital. I haven’t seen anyone whose case was this severe right after surgery… My nose just looks like an animal nose now, and it’s gross. Can the nose shape itself change like this? Did they not properly reposition the alar cartilage area? My nose has spread out really severely…
