I had my first surgery at a hospital in Gangnam using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but the bulbous-looking nose didn’t improve, my nasal tip drooped, and there were many other unsatisfactory parts, so I had revision surgery. To get the shape I wanted, the remaining cartilage wasn’t enough, so I had it done using silicone and autologous costal cartilage. Now, at 5 months, I’m satisfied.
