Because of my low bulbous nose, my face had no dimensionality at all, and my under-eye dark circles were visible too. Because of that, I even looked older, so overall there was just no answer. I debated whether to do them separately or together at once, but since I was going to do it anyway, I thought I might as well get them done together at the same time, so I did.
