I don't have any discomfort right now. It's just that they blocked the inside of my nose, so aside from feeling a bit stuffy and my mouth getting dry, it's bearable. ^.^ During the surgery, it really didn't hurt at all. After I get the stitches removed, I'll try uploading a photo... Right after the surgery, maybe because I wasn't swollen, I looked in the mirror and I'm 99% satisfied... hehe
