My surgery is the day after tomorrow, and my nasal bones, especially the bridge area, are a bit wide. Some clinics said I need osteotomy, and some said I don't, so honestly, I was scared of cutting the bone and just booked at a clinic that would do it without osteotomy. The surgery is the day after tomorrow, but when I read reviews and things like that, I feel like maybe I thought about it wrong, and it's driving me crazy... The bone around my nasal bridge is a bit wide... But if I just put in silicone, won't the bridge look even bigger and more blunt...? I really hate that kind of blunt-looking nose. Even if it looks a bit obvious that I had surgery, I want a slim, sharp nasal bridge and nasal tip... I'm going crazy... For those who were the size where osteotomy would be done but didn't do it and raised the bridge with silicone, how is your nasal bridge?? Does it not come out slim? Mine isn't extremely wide, and my nasal alae are a bit plump, so I'm going to have the nasal tip cartilage and tissue separated a bit and use ear cartilage. But the osteotomy is really bothering me.,...
